Learning and studying is our basic key to success,. It is a mutual interaction betwen a student and its instructor or teacher.
For student that acquire knowledge, first the instructor must be competent. He/she must possess the skills, knowledge and ability and teaching skills that will help his/her students.
A great way to do is to have a teaching technique that will be appropriate for students. A self-pace approach is a very good way to be used.
Self-pace or a modular way is done to encourage students to study on their own and strive to achieve high grades,. How is it possible?
1. A module is prepard by the instructor or a teacher,. where in that module, introduction to the subject, information sheet or detailed information are all listed for the students to read and study it,.
2. Part of the module is the activity sheet, where an acivity is done in every finished lesson,. an answer key is provided for the instructor to easily check the activity he/she prepared.
3. A demonstration is done by the instruction to show the students the proper way a thing is done in a particular lesson. And in the other hand a demonstration is also done by the students to show his/her learned knowledge base on a particular subject,.
4. After the whole lesson the instructor can give a certification to the deserving students showing that a particular student is competent. Each award recieved by the student will boost his/her self confidence and it will help them to have the courage and knowlege to face and approach to the challenges and compete globally.
5. Modular teaching method will help the students handle and maximize time. Especially to those working students that have only small amount of time for their study.
I hope that this technique can be a great help to every aspiring teacher like me someday!!!
